The Thank you to all who participated in our survey. We asked you to weigh in on how much impact party has on your down ballot choices, and we collected a high number of responses. When asked if you usually vote on party lines, 29.3% of participants said they usually vote all Democrat, 37.1% said they usually vote Republican, and 33.6% said they usually vote for a mix of candidates from both parties.
When it comes to this election, 37.1% of those surveyed said they would vote for Kamala Harris and all Democratic candidates. 45.7% said they would vote for Donald Trump and all Republican candidates. 14.1% of participants said that they would vote for either Trump or Harris and a mixture of down-ballot candidates.
Our participants appear to be making well-informed voting decisions. 89.3% of women said that they pay close attention throughout the year to issues and candidates on their ballot.
